Arquetopia residencies offer artists, designers, photographers, and writers an immersive, mentored environment to explore, experiment, and expand their practice. These programs are not just a place to create—they are an opportunity to engage critically with culture, history, and your own process, with support from our curatorial and directorial staff. If you’re new here, many artists begin exploring our Guided Art, Design, or Photography Residency, which provides flexible dates and personalized mentorship and resources; from there, you can explore additional opportunities that align with your interests and goals.

Arquetopia’s open calls invite artists, designers, photographers, writers and researchers seeking not just time to produce work, but a deeper engagement with context, research, and critical dialogue.
